Will we sign a contract?

Once we agree on services best suited for your business, we’ll send you an engagement letter outlining our terms to sign electronically.

Do you file taxes?

No, we do not do taxes, but we love partnering with your CPA or tax preparer to be sure accounts and classification are set up exactly how they prefer.

Is there a time commitment?

We do not require a time commitment. All of our contracts are month to month. However, we do ask for 30 day’s notice and do not refund partial months.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your business needs are. First, we’ll have a conversation about what those needs are and then we’ll give you a few flat-rate options. Our monthly packages start as low as $100.

Payments are drafted on a monthly basis via ACH on the date services begin (or the first of the month). The best part? All bookkeeping fees are tax deductible.

What software do you use?

All of us here at Covet Bookkeeping are Quickbooks Online Pro Advisors. If you do not currently have a subscription, we are able to offer discounts for ongoing services.

I have a CPA, do I need a bookkeeper?

Your CPA is an income tax specialist. I can be very costly to pay a CPA to be involved in the day to day transactions. That’s where a bookkeeper comes in. We will handle your books throughout the year, making tax time less stressful for you, and seamless for your CPA.
